Shipping policy

Free UK delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been placed.

Delivery times
Our pieces are dispatched from one of two warehouses, depending on the item:

- UK warehouse: usually delivered within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International warehouse: usually delivered within 7–14 working days after dispatch.

If your order contains items from both warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times. These are estimates; delivery can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page. Please note that tracking information can take up to 2–3 working days to update after dispatch, and international parcels may go a few days without an update while in transit.

Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 20 working days of your order, please contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
